In some cases, your order may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email with your track and trace number. This number allows you to track your order every step of the way, so you always know where it is and when it will arrive.

Return Policy.

we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of our products, but please note that we can only accept returns for items that are in their original condition and packaging.

If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that returns will only be accepted if the box and the lights are not damaged. If the box appears to be damaged during shipping, please take photos before opening it.

We also ask that you return the item in its original packaging and condition, with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation. Once we receive the returned item and verify that it is in its original state, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item (including shipping fees).
